Our garden house is fully assembled and ready for quick installation, except for the roofing material, which can be chosen by the customer according to his preferences. The floor is constructed of strong C24 spruce wood and insulated with 100 mm rock wool, with an anti-rodent net and windbreak underneath. The surface is made of 22 mm thick Forestia floor tiles, which are environmentally friendly and comply with European standards. The set also includes legs for mounting the house.
The walls are made of high quality 70 mm spruce wood frame and covered with a windbreak. The insulation is 70 mm stone wool and the interior surfaces are finished with 12 mm Forestia wall tiles, painted in the RAL colour of the customer’s choice. The outer lining is a 120 mm spruce profile, which is also painted in the colour of the customer’s choice.
The ceiling is covered with 12 mm Forestia wall tiles, the colour of which can be chosen by the customer. The insulation is 100 mm stone wool and the roof is covered with 18 mm OSB board, on which the desired roof covering, such as SBS or EPDM material, can be installed. The roof is designed to withstand snow loads of up to 90 kg/m².
The windows and doors are made of high quality laminated wood, which ensures greater durability and reduces the risk of deformation and cracking. The laminated structure makes them weatherproof, providing protection against humidity and temperature fluctuations. Windows and doors are fitted with 5 mm laminated glass as standard, but mirror and package glass in 4+15+4 ISO system is also available as an option.
